Sheet metal cutting on laser cutting machines with the power of 3000 W. We can cut any shape from metal sheets with max. dimesions of 1500x3000 mm and thickness as follows:

up to 20 mm - carbon steel
up to 12 mm - stainless steel
up to 8 mm - aluminum

3D laser processing of pipes and profiles

We offer services for a three-dimensional laser processing unit for pipes and profiles. The cutting head allows for a very precise contour cutting, which would be impossible with conventional machine tools for pipes. Tubes and profiles up to 12m long are fed automatically to the laser device and the process itself is very fast. It is also possible to cut any contours (for specified length processing) which would be impossible using conventional machine tools, such as usual saws, or would result in extra expenses and workload with additional equipment, eg.: saws, drills, drilling machines, etc.

The dimensions of the workpiece:

Length of raw material up to 12 m
Wall thickness up to 20 mm
Dimension of round material up to 300 mm
